| | Arrested Development, anyone? (or, the curse continues...)

So we are staying in the Model Home of the new CENTRAL PARK Condominiums. In two of the model homes, actually. I feel like we're on arrested development. We have this great flat screen TV. It only gets the nature channel and never turns off. Also, no volume. We found an even bigger flatscreen with a serious football game on in the closet. This one is clearly for hanging on the wall.
Back in Baltimore, last weekend, we were rather dismayed to find that upon arriving at our hotel post-statue gig, covered head to toe in white paint, that the hotel had no hot water. That was awful. I know awful, and that was tops. The next day, in Dayton, we arrive at our B&B to discover that there is no electricity. Bad, not awful, but certainly unpleasant. Once again, the curse has struck us.
No hot water. We were freezing from performing in subzero weathers, and all I ever wanted in the whole wide world was a hot bath. After debating with Lady over whether or not this qualified as an emergency, the repair man was called and the problem was fixed. But not before I fell asleep, bathless, in a little ball on my big oak bed.
But I got a nice, hot, long one this morning.
