So the van - yeah, the van - I've been sleeping in in Maryland is in for surgery. Remind me to send flowers. Here's hopin the car doc takes pity on Moby Dick and gives the inside a facelift - maybe supercharges the electric blankets so that next weekend I won't be FREEZING in a shivering ball of coldness.
On to a more uncomfortable occurrence, or as I like to call it, my run in with the Port-o-no-tp in the middle of a fair-day, and let's just say I really needed some tissue. Ten years of scouting didn't prepare me for this. And a shabby cardboard roll does not an ample wiping implement make.
Within the silver lining is the nearby Panera, with hot eats, hot drinks, and beautiful, shining wifi. My saving beacon through which, on my true love, I can cruise abc.com and catch up on LOST and Grey's Anatomy. I may have an unhealthy attachment to my computer and streaming casts of my premium-select shows. |
