It was delicious to step out of the car a few days ago and discover it was Florida outside. After a resting day and a half at Isabellas mums house we were on our way to our most South destination yet: Key West, which brings me to the present, which includes three aerialists, a musician, an electric guitar, a dulcimer, 2 bags of food, 4-6 bags of personal items and zero leg room on an 8 hour adventure in the cramped Camry behind the slowest (s-l-o-w-e-s-t) vehicle on a two lane highway. But I like to find the bright side, and not necessarily the sun in my eyes (although after 4 months of dreary Michigan, Im not about to complain about that one), but I slept for a good majority of the trip thus far, and judging from my bedtime routine fiasco last night, I probably needed it.
So to quell your undeniable curiosity, last night after getting out of the shower and drying off as much as one can in a climate where the air itself drips with sweat, I proceeded to the sink and began to brush my teeth with my newly replaced battery-powered toothbrush. I love brushing my teeth with this thing; its a massage in my mouth and I absolutely enjoy it. So while Im brushing and getting a happy feeling in my gums, my tongue starts to get a not-so-happy feeling. Something is wrong. I immediately spit, always a good choice, and almost immediately identified the little blue balls amixed the white paste. Face wash. Yep. Cucumbers and crap, for the record...
