Advice on Booking us for Your School

Some advice for students and planning committees interested in bringing us to a college or school:

1. Plan early! Start planning at least one semester before the date you want Aerial Angels to come. We book four to eight months in advance, and your school does, too.

2. Research! Have reasons why it will benefit the student body to have an Aerial Angels show. On a fitness craze? All about female empowerment? Think you can sell tickets as a fundraiser? Write these reasons out in your proposal for funding.

3. Get others involved! Create buzz with a Facebook page or start a petition to see how many students are interested. This helps you back up your claim that a show would be well-received.

4. Get some support! See if an administrator or professor will help you. Ask Campus Activities or Student Life who to talk to about bringing in a particular show.

5. Find a budget! Ask student clubs and organizations if you can present your idea to them for sponsorship by their group. Chances are they have a budget and something they want to raise awareness of. Ask Student Life which groups have bigger budgets and a history of presenting entertainment on campus.

6. Be persistent! It can take a lot of no's to get to yes. Don't let a few refusals discourage you. If you're excited, you can get others excited, too!
